The second great winter sport survey provides an important piece to the puzzle in the wider context of customer alpine satisfaction. Mountain Management has been active for over 10 years in surveying for top ski areas and tourism organisations and providing analysis of the levels of guests satisfaction. With this information, the products on offer can be optimised and improved and thereby increase the attractiveness of the ski area.
An important part to raise the levels of guests enjoyment - in addition to the satisfaction levels previously mentioned - is of course the area of Skiing and ski boots. This Check, carried out in the top german speaking ski areas of the alps, will provide important insights into the standards reached. How the levels of customer satisfaction develop and change in general. certainly an interesting comparison!

For oover 10 years, the austrian Mountain Management has been carrying out surveys in well-known ski areas including how satisfied the snow fans have been with their ski equipment. The results of the winterseason of 2005 & 2006: the industry can have peace of mind - and the trade & sales are praised.
