Our classical (and most popular) product. Based on distributed questionaires, we measure the levels of satisfaction in your area. The collection and analysis of the data takes place online via the internet.

Together, we will define your specific questions and then develop your customised Questionaire (various language versions available). We are very happy to build in your requests. Changes to the standard design are included in the pricing. And of course we can integrate additional changes or amendments if desired. Language versions: English, Italian, French

Benchmarks

3 times per season, the information collected will be anaylsed and made available. You can compare your business with the best and the average scores. Various categories such as levels of sales, customer country of origin etc. allow more sophisticated analysis and comparison.

Details / Next Steps:


  • 80 questionaires per week = ca. 1'200 questionaires per season
    will be surveyed by the staff of the cable car & skilift operators in the ski area (in restaurants). Co-ordination with Mountain Management concerning the structure of the data
  • Surveys are undertaken on Thursdays and Fridays (also on Saturdays and Sundays where there are high levels of same-day visitors)
  • The questionaire carries the logo of the ski area
