Alpine Gastronomy is enjoying increasing importance. Our guests in the mountains also expect to receive the highest quality. For many years we have been carrying out surveys which have been customised specifically for Alpine Gastronomy in top ski areas such as Ischgl, Serfaus, Gstaad-Saanenmösern. We are happy to send to you, on your request, the questonaire we have developed.

Questionaire / Collation of Data

The survey takes place in the restaurants using a questionaire. If you so desire, we are happy to customise the questionaire, structure of questions and answers with you. Our standard questionaire provides you with a first overview and will simplify the selection of questions.

Input and Anaylsis

The input and analysis takes place over the internet. You will receive a personal login area where you can easily input the data from the returned questionaires and obtain instant anaylsis. There are numerous options available to analyse the data.
